General Service Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our restoration and detailing services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service rendered, you must notify EcoShine within 24 hours of the service completion time.

  • We will make every reasonable attempt to correct the issue at no additional charge. This may involve a re-service appointment.

  • If we cannot correct the issue to your satisfaction after a reasonable attempt, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of EcoShine management.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.


Gift Card Policy

Please note the specific terms and conditions for all EcoShine Restoration & Detailing Gift Cards:

  • Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the card or associated with the digital code.

  • Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, even if partially used.

  • Transferability: Gift cards may be transferred to another party.

  • Loss or Theft: EcoShine is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat them like cash.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the booked service price.
