General Service Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our restoration and detailing services.
If you are unsatisfied with a service rendered, you must notify EcoShine within 24 hours of the service completion time.
We will make every reasonable attempt to correct the issue at no additional charge. This may involve a re-service appointment.
If we cannot correct the issue to your satisfaction after a reasonable attempt, a partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of EcoShine management.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
Gift Card Policy
Please note the specific terms and conditions for all EcoShine Restoration & Detailing Gift Cards:
Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the card or associated with the digital code.
Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, even if partially used.
Transferability: Gift cards may be transferred to another party.
Loss or Theft: EcoShine is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat them like cash.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the booked service price.
